摘 要:选用不同的织物结构设计和不同的纱线材质,制备了3种不同的±45°双轴向玻璃纤维经编织物,研究了0°和90°的添加和纱线材质对织物的树脂渗透率和纤维增强树脂基复合材料的力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:0°和90°纱线的添加对±45°双轴向玻璃纤维经编织物的树脂浸透率和0°方向的拉伸强度、模量起到积极的作用,但是对±45°方向和0°、90°方向的面内剪切性能产生的一定的减弱效应。从不同材质的0°和90°纱线角度出发,混杂纱线较玻璃纤维纱线对树脂浸透率的提升效果更佳,但面内剪切性能较玻璃纤维纱线稍差。为开发具备快速浸透和性能优异的±45°双轴向玻璃纤维经编织物提供了一定的思路,在风电叶片行业中具有广泛的工程应用价值。In this work,3 kinds of±45°biaxial fiberglass warp-knitted fabrics were prepared using different fabric structures and roving material.The effects of roving addition in 0°and 90°and roving material on resin permeability and mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composite were studied.The experimental results show that roving addition in 0°and 90°has a positive effect on the resin permeability of the±45°biaxial fiberglass warp-knitted fabrics and tensile strength and modulus in 0°direction.However,it also results in a negative effect on in-plane shear properties in±45°and 0°,90°direction.From the perspective of roving materials in 0°and 90°direction,hybrid roving has a better performance than fiberglass roving in improving resin permeability,while a little bit worse than fiberglass roving in in-plane shear properties.Based on above conclusions,some ideas are provided to develop a product with faster resin permeability and more excellent properties,which is expected to have a wide application in wind turbine blades.
