摘  要:为解决学校实验室出入库效率低下、错误频发、难以给出准确即时库存、浪费仓储空间和流动资金等元器件仓库的管理难题,提出构建实验室元器件库信息化管理系统。就系统、关键软件、硬件给出了设计原则和设计理念。该系统通过仓库储位可视化引导提高效率、唯一性编码快速精准区分元器件、校园网共享实时仓储信息、开源数据库节省软件投资、基于单片机的控制单元灵活扩展仓库规模,有效降低了原有管理难度和错误发生率,提高了管理效率,为实验室元器件库人机协同管理的有益探索提供了参考样本。In order to solve the management problems such as low efficiency,frequent errors,difficult to provide accurate and real-time inventory,waste of storage space and working capital,etc.,an information management system for laboratory component library was proposed.The design principle and concept of system,key software and hardware were given.The system improves the efficiency through the visual guidance of warehouse storage,distinguishes components quickly and accurately with unique coding,shares real-time storage information with campus network,saves software investment with open-source database,and flexibly expands the scale of warehouse based on the control unit of single-chip microcomputer,effectively reduces the difficulty of original management and the occurrence rate of errors,improves the management efficiency,and provides a reference sample for the exploration of human-computer cooperative management of the laboratory component library.
