摘　　要：基于真空输送技术,研制一种烟用滤棒成型机自动循环投料装置。主要由颗粒储罐、投料仓、真空泵、料位传感器、控制阀、PLC控制器等部件组成。该装置利用空气作为动力源,安全系数较高,设备维护、清洁成本较低,采用管道密闭输送,可杜绝粉尘环境污染,能够显著改善工作环境,减少环境及人员对物料的污染,提高洁净度。Based on the vacuum conveying technology,an automatic circulation feeding device of the filter rod forming machine for cigarette was developed.It is mainly composed of particle storage tank,feeding bin,vacuum pump,level sensor,control valve,PLC controller and other components.The device uses air as power source,with high safety factor,low cost of equipment maintenance and cleaning.At the same time,it adopts closed pipeline transportation,which can eliminate dust environmental pollution,significantly improve working environment,reduce environmental and personnel pollution of materials,and improve cleanliness.
