摘 要:针对皮带使用中出现的磨损、刮伤、断裂等故障问题,采用接头硫化方法对其进行更换,但存在较大的操作安全风险。因此,从接头硫化工作原理分析入手,对皮带硫化更换过程进行了危险源识别和更换流程分析,制定了皮带更换的安全保障措施,并对该些措施的现场实施情况进行了跟踪记录。该研究对提高皮带接头的质量和皮带使用寿命具有重要意义,也可为现场实施提供重要的实践指导。In view of the wear,scratch,fracture and other fault problems in the use of the belt,the joint vulcanization method is used to replace it,but there is a greater risk of operation safety.Starting from the analysis of the working principle of joint vulcanization,the hazard identification and replacement process of belt vulcanization replacement process were analyzed,the safety guarantee measures for belt replacement were formulates,and the implementation of these measures on site was tracked.The research is of great significance to improve the quality and service life of the belt joint,and also can provide important practical guidance for the field implementation.
