摘  要:为更好地保障采煤机电动机安全、连续、可靠运行,介绍了当前采煤机电动机短路保护及漏电保护存在的主要问题,分析了问题原因,并提出了一系列具体改进措施。实际应用表明:改进后的采煤机电动机短路保护更精确,漏电保护装置的实际抗干扰能力也更强,更好地保障了采煤机连续、可靠运行。In order to ensure the safe,continuous and reliable operation of the shearer motor,the main problems existing in the current short circuit protection and leakage protection of the shearer motor were introduced,and the causes of the problems were analyzed,a series of specific improvement measures were put forward.The practical application shows that the improved short circuit protection of the shearer motor is more accurate,and the actual anti-interference ability of the leakage protection device is stronger,which better guarantees the continuous and reliable operation of the shearer.
