摘  要:“新冠”疫情时期的网络热词记录、关联、呈现着疫情走向和社会民声,既可作为疫期社会的晴雨表,也是文学人类学意义上的舆情映照。本研究依托清博大数据、微博、抖音、头条等网络平台,聚焦“新冠”“封城”“公卫”三个疫情热词及其数据信息,从语言、文学、人类学结合的跨学科角度对疫情与舆情的内在关联加以考察,分析社会情绪与网络民声的多重表现,透视舆情背后的社会动因和人心所向,探讨行之有效的文关怀和引导方向。The internet hot words during COVID-19 Period,as a barometer of the epidemic society,but also a reflection of public opinion in the sense of literature anthropology,recording and presenting the epidemic trend and social voices.Based on the data collected from internet platform such as Qingbo big data,Weibo,Douyin,and Toutiao,this article selected three widely-concerned epidemic keywords"COVID-19"、"Locked-down"、"Public Health".From a multidisciplinary perspective,the internal relationship between the epidemic situation and public opinion is examined,the multiple expressions of social emotions and online voices are presented,the social motivations behind the public opinion and the direction of the people are analyzed,and the effective humanistic care methods and paths are discussed.
