基于面板数据的旅游发展与农民收入增长研究

摘　　要：乡村旅游的迅速发展对农村经济起到了良好的提振作用,为农民创造就业机会的同时也促进了其收入的增长。基于对我国31个省市区1997-2016年国内旅游收入、国际旅游外汇收入和农民人均纯收入的面板数据的分析,对旅游发展影响农民收入提高效应进行了因果关系的实证检验研究,结果表明:旅游发展与农民收入提高之间存在双向因果关系,各省市区旅游发展对农民收入提高的影响程度存在明显差异。鼓励支持旅游发展实现农民增收,并在此基础上形成一个良性生态循环的发展模式,这对国家实施乡村振兴战略、解决“三农问题”和促进经济的健康发展具有重要意义。The rapid development of rural tourism has boosted the rural economy,provided more employment opportunities for farmers and thus increased their income.Based on the panel data of domestic tourism income,international tourism foreign exchange income,and per capita net income of farmers in 31 provinces and municipalities in China from 1997 to 2016,using panel data analysis methods,an empirical test of the causal relationship between tourism development and the increase of farmers'income is conducted and the results show that there is a two-way causal relationship between them and there are obvious differences in the impact of tourism development on the increase of farmers'income in different provinces and cities.Encouraging and supporting tourism development can increase farmers'income and form a benign ecological cycle development model,which is of great significance for the countryto implement the rural revitalization strategy,solve the"three rural issues"and promote the healthy development of the economy.
