护理风险管理在ICU护理管理中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨ICU护理管理中应用护理风险管理的临床效果及满意度。方法选取2017年3月—2019年6月于该院就诊收治的82例ICU患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组、对照组,各41例。对照组给予常规ICU护理管理制度并实施护理管理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以护理风险管理,对比两组患者治疗疗效及管理前后的沟通能力、操作熟练技能及应急能力等。结果观察组患者临床总满意度高于对照组患者(χ^2=3.998,P=0.046);治疗后两组患者的沟通能力、操作熟练技术及应急能力均高于治疗前,且观察组治疗后沟通能力、操作技术及应急能力显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在ICU护理管理中的临床疗效显著,可有效提高护理质量和提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect and satisfaction of nursing risk management in ICU nursing management.Methods Eighty-two ICU patients admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(41 cases each).The control group was given the conventional ICU nursing management system and implemented nursing management.The observation group was given nursing risk management based on the control group.The two groups were compared for treatment efficacy,communication skills before and after management,proficiency in operations,and emergency abilities.Results The overall clinical satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ^2=3.998,P=0.046).The communication ability,proficient skills and emergency abilities of the patients in the two groups were higher than those in the observation group after treatment.The communication ability,operation technology and emergency ability were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of nursing risk management in ICU nursing management is significant,which can effectively improve the quality of care and improve patient satisfaction.
