医学信息管理专业实践能力培养目标的研究

摘　　要：医疗信息化建设是国家信息化建设的重要组成部分,医学信息管理专业包括医学理论知识同时,涉及到管理学、统计学、计算机科学等诸多方面的复合型应用专业,对于促进我国医疗信息化建设具有重要意义;同时在大数据背景下,医疗信息化也对医学信息管理人才提出了更高标准的要求,不仅要具备扎实的理论知识,更要具有较强的实践能力,了解医疗基础知识和业务知识的同时,还要掌握信息化技术等综合能力,所以根据社会生产对于人才需求提出的要求,要不断研究医学信息管理专业实践能力培养目标,为医疗信息化建设提供强劲动力。该文分析了医学信息管理的人才需求和医学信息管理专业实践能力培养目标和要求,结合现阶段医学信息管理专业实践能力培养存在的问题,提出了医学信息管理专业实践能力培养策略。The construction of medical informatization is an important part of the national informatization construction.The major of medical information management includes medical theoretical knowledge.At the same time,it is a composite application major in management,statistics,computer science and other aspects.The construction of information technology is of great significance;at the same time,in the context of big data,medical informatization also puts forward higher standards for medical information management talents,not only must have solid theoretical knowledge,but also have strong practical ability to understand the medical foundation knowledge and business knowledge,as well as comprehensive capabilities such as information technology,so according to the requirements of social production for talent needs,we must continue to study the training objectives of medical information management professional practice to provide a strong impetus for the construction of medical information technology.This article analyzes the needs of medical information management talents and the training objectives and requirements of medical information management professional practice ability.Based on the current problems of medical information management professional practice ability training,this paper proposes a medical information management professional practice ability training strategy.
