针刺联合四七汤加减治疗气郁痰阻型梅核气临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的该研究采用随机对照方法,观察四七汤加减联合针刺治疗气郁痰阻型梅核气的临床疗效,以期为中医治疗该病提供更多的思路和方法。方法纳入2018年1月—2019年6月该院门诊就诊90例气郁痰阻型梅核气患者,按数字随机表分为对照1组、对照2组及治疗组,对照1组给予单纯针刺治疗,对照2组给予中药口服治疗,治疗组给予针刺联合中药治疗,每组30例,疗程均为4周,治疗2、4周填写中医症状评分表、咽部异物感分级量表以评价临床疗效。结果各组治疗前、治疗后中医症状评分及咽部异物感分级量表较疗前相比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后对照1组、对照2组及治疗组总有效率分别为:83.3%、86.7%及93.3%,治疗组与其余两组相比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四七汤加减及单纯针刺治疗对梅核气患者咽部异物感、中医症状均有一定临床疗效,但联合治疗比单纯中药及单纯针刺临床疗效更为显著,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective In this study, a randomized controlled method was used to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of Siqi Decoction combined with acupuncture on qi sputum and stagnation-resistant plum nucleus gas, in order to provide more ideas and methods for the treatment of TCM. Methods From January 2018 to June 2019, 90 patients with stagnation of stagnation of stagnation of qi and phlegm in the hospital were enrolled, and they were divided into control group 1, control group 2 and treatment group according to the random number table. Acupuncture treatment, the control group was given oral Chinese medicine treatment, the treatment group was given acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatment, 30 cases in each group, the course of treatment was 4 weeks, and the Chinese medicine symptom score table and pharyngeal foreign body sensation grade were filled in 2 and 4 weeks Table to evaluate clinical efficacy. Results The scores of TCM symptoms and pharyngeal foreign body sensation scale before and after treatment in each group compared with those before treatment were statistically significantly different(P <0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, control group 1, control group 2 and treatment group of the total effective rates were 83.3%, 86.7%, and 93.3%, and the treatment group compared with the other two groups was statistically significantly different(P <0.05). Conclusion The addition and subtraction of Siqi Decoction and acupuncture alone have certain clinical effects on pharyngeal foreign body sensation and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with plum nuclear gas.
