摘 要:目的探讨前方入路微创接骨板接骨术在肱骨干中段骨折患者治疗中的效果。方法回顾性分析2017年2月至2018年3月安阳市人民医院收治的64例肱骨干中段骨折患者,按治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组采用切开复位内固定术治疗;观察组采用前方入路微创接骨板接骨术治疗。比较两组近期临床疗总有效率、肘部活动功能评分优良率、骨折愈合时间及X射线提示再移位率。结果观察组治疗后总有效率优于对照组(93.75%vs. 75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肘部活动评分优良率优于对照组(78.13%vs. 46.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组[(4.35±0.20)周vs.(5.43±0.38)周],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组X射线提示再移位率低于对照组(6.25%vs. 12.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肱骨干中段骨折患者的手术治疗中选择前方入路微创接骨板接骨术,可以有效改善患者的肘部功能,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。【Objective】 To investigate the effect of anterior minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.【Methods】From February 2017 to March 2018, the clinical data of 64 cases of humeral shaft fracture in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. According to the treatment method, the patients were divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation, the observation group was treated with minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis through anterior approach, and the recent clinical treatment efficiency, fracture healing time,X-ray prompt displacement rate, elbow activity of the two groups were compared.【Results】After treatment, the total effective rate of recent clinical treatment in the observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05);the time of fracture healing was(4.35±0.20) weeks in the observation group, which was shorter than that in the control group(5.43±0.38) weeks(P<0.05);the rate of X-ray presentation was 6.25%, which was lower than that in the control group(12.50%)(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of elbow activity score in the observation group was 78.13%, which was better than 46.88% in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis via anterior approach can effectively improve the elbow function of patients with humeral shaft fracture.
