摘　　要：以滇西特困区为调研对象,用成本—收益法分析了农户家庭父代工种转换的人力资本积累的均衡条件,用马尔科夫模型分析农户家庭内部父代人力资本对子代的溢出效应和代际流动问题,并得出相应研究结论及政策建议。Taking the special poor area of western Yunnan as the research object,this paper analyzes the equilibrium condition of the accumulation of human capital in the transformation of the family’s parent work by cost-benefit method,analyzes the spillover effect of the family’s parent human capital on the offspring and the intergenerational mobility by Markov model,and draws the corresponding research conclusions and policy suggestions.
