摘 要:以稻壳为原料,经过碳化后再通过催化石墨化制得石墨化碳。实验采用X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱对石墨化产物进行表征。研究发现当碳化稻壳中加入Fe基催化剂进行石墨化,其产物的XRD图中26°出现归属石墨(002)的强尖锐峰,其拉曼图谱中,R值为0.38;未添加催化剂和添加Ni基催化剂或者Fe基和Ni基11混合催化剂时,石墨(002)峰的强度较小,且R值都大于0.38,因此Fe对碳化稻壳石墨化具有更好的催化作用。实验考察了催化剂及用量、温度、时间等条件对石墨化的影响,得出石墨化温度为1000℃,恒温时间为2.5 h,催化剂为Fe基催化剂,用量为5 mmol·g^-1的最优化条件。Graphitized carbon was prepared from rice husk by carbonization and subsequently catalytic graphitization.The graphitized samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Raman spectroscopy.In XRD pattern of graphitized sample under Fe-based catalyst,a strong and sharp peak at 26°,which was corresponding to the typical(002)reections of graphitic carbon,indicated that rice husk was graphitized.In the Raman spectrum of graphitized sample under Fe-based catalyst,the R was 0.38.When no catalyst was added and Ni-based catalyst or Fe-based and Ni-based 11 mixed catalyst was added,the intensity of graphite(002)peak was smaller and R was greater than 0.38.Therefore,Fe had a better catalytic effect on the graphitization of carbonized rice husk.The optimal graphitization conditions were determined as followingsgraphitization temperature was 1000℃,holding time was 2.5 h,and used Fe-based catalyst with a dosage of 5 mmol·g^-1.
