摘  要:目的探讨乌梅、金银花、忍冬藤体外抑制嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌的作用。方法选用纸片扩散法筛选对环丙沙星等12种抗菌药物全耐药的嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌菌株;选用MH琼脂稀释法测定乌梅、金银花、忍冬藤对嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌的抗菌效果,比较3种中药的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、抑制50%受试菌所需MIC(MIC 50)、抑制90%受试菌所需MIC(MIC 90)。结果本研究共筛选出对环丙沙星等12种抗菌药物全部耐药的嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌菌株30株;乌梅、金银花、忍冬藤对耐药嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌均有一定的抑菌作用,其中乌梅抑菌作用较强。结论乌梅、金银花、忍冬藤对嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中乌梅的抑菌作用最强,提示中药在耐药菌治疗的研究价值值得进一步研究。Objective To explore the inhibitory effects of Dark Plum Fruit,Lonicera japonica and Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae on Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in vitro.Methods Disc diffusion method was used to screen Stenotrophomonas maltophilia strains that had resistance to 12 kinds of antimicrobial agents(including ciprofloxacin).MH agar dilution method was used to determine the antibacterial effects of Dark Plum Fruit,Lonicera japonica and Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae on strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),MIC required to inhibit 50%of tested bacteria(MIC 50)and MIC required to inhibit 90%of tested bacteria(MIC 90)of three traditional Chinese medicine were compared.Results A total of 30 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia that had resistance to all 12 antimicrobial agents were screened out.Dark Plum Fruit,Lonicera japonica and Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae all had antibacterial effects,among which Dark Plum Fruit had the best bacteriostatic effect.Conclusion Dark Plum Fruit,Lonicera japonica and Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae have different antibacterial effects against Stenotrophomonas maltophilia.Among them,the Dark Plum Fruit has the strongest antibacterial effect,which reveals that traditional Chinese herbs are worthy of further exploration in application value in the treatment of drug-resistance bacteria.
