摘  要:为解决某三轮汽车前照灯固定支架焊接工艺性复杂、零部件繁多的问题,在UG NX10.0中设计了3种前照灯固定支架的改进方案,并应用有限元分析技术,将3种改进方案进行对比分析,并以此完成前照灯固定支架的改进优化,既解决实际生产问题,又降低产品成本。In order to solve the problem of complicated welding process and various parts of a three-wheeled vehicle headlamp fixing bracket,three improved solutions for headlamp fixing brackets were designed in UG NX10.0.And finite element analysis technology was applied to improve the schemes for comparative analysis,and complete the improvement and optimization of the headlamp fixing bracket,which solves the actual production problem and reduces the product cost.
