摘 要:HFO1234yf/HFC134a混合制冷剂既能够满足环境保护的要求,又可以在不改变原本空调系统结构的情况下充注,是有潜力替代R134a的环保制冷剂,但其COP相对较低,在系统中加入中间换热器是提高系统COP的研究方向。基于此,分析了在制热模式下,中间换热器对新能源混合工质汽车空调系统的性能影响。根据冬季汽车空调工况搭建电动汽车空调性能实验台,对加入中间换热器后电动汽车空调的制热性能进行测试。实验表明:使用混合工质的汽车空调系统在加入中间换热器后,制热量相比未加入中间换热器的空调系统提高4%;排气温度提升12℃;COP提升3%-6%。HFO1234yf/HFC134a mixed refrigerant not only meets the requirements of environmental protection,but also can be filled without changing the original structure of air conditioning system.It has potential to replace R134a as an environmental friendly refrigerant.However,its COP is relatively low.Adding an intermediate heat exchanger to the system is the research direction to improve the COP of the system.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of intermediate heat exchanger on the performance of new energy mixed refrigerant automobile air conditioning system under heating mode.According to the working conditions of automobile air conditioning in winter,an air conditioning performance test bench of electric vehicle was built to test the heating performance of electric vehicle air conditioning after adding intermediate heat exchanger.Experiments show that after adding intermediate heat exchanger,the heat production of automobile air conditioning system with mixed refrigerants increases by 4%,the exhaust temperature rises by 12%,and the COP rises by 3%-6%compared with the air conditioning system without intermediate heat exchanger.
