摘　　要：在我国城市更新制度研究起步较晚的背景下,本文以英国卡迪夫湾复兴为例,着重分析了威尔士事务署这一中央政府部门的重要作用,并结合实际,探讨了相关经验和教训对我国的启示,提出了加强政府、市场、社会相互合作的建议。Under the background of the research on urban regeneration system in China, this paper takes the renaissance of Cardiff Bay in the UK as an example, analyzes the important role of Welsh Office which is a central government department, and explores some reference based on relevant experience and lessons to China, and finally puts forward the suggestions that we should strengthen the cooperation among government, market and society.
