动态血压检查室候诊区进行自动化诊室血压测量的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在动态血压检查室候诊区进行自动化诊室血压测量的可行性。方法2018年9月至2019年1月应用欧姆龙电子血压计HEM-907对在动态血压检查室候诊区安静休息的拟行动态血压检查的患者进行自动化诊室血压测量,比较自动化诊室血压测量值与动态血压日间平均值。结果共288例患者[男性114例(39.6%)]纳入研究,年龄(59.8±14.8)岁,自动化诊室血压为(134.3±17.4)/(74.3±12.8)mm Hg,动态血压日间平均血压为(126.6±12.1)/(81.2±12.1)mm Hg,自动化诊室收缩压显著高于动态血压日间平均收缩压,而自动化诊室舒张压显著低于动态血压日间平均舒张压(P<0.05)。结论在动态血压检查室候诊区测量的自动化诊室血压与动态血压日间值间存在着较大差别。Objective To explore feasibility study of automatic office blood pressure(AOBP)measurement in ambulatory blood pressure(AMBP)examination waiting area.Methods The patients who ordered the AMBP examination in Cardiology of Beijing Hospital from September of 2018 to January of 2019 were enrolled into this study.AOBP measurement was taken by a fully automated electronic sphygmomanometer(Omron HEM-907)in the AMBP waiting area.The relationship between the AOBP and daytime average blood pressure(BP)of AMBP was compared.Results A total of 288 patients were finally enrolled.The average AOBP was(134.3±17.4)/(74.3±12.8)mm Hg and the daytime average BP of AMBP was(126.6±12.1)/(81.2±12.1)mm Hg.Systolic BP of AOBP was significantly higher than that of AMBP,while diastolic BP of AOBP was significantly lower than that of AMBP(P<0.05).Conclusion Differences may exist between AOBP in the waiting area of AMBP and daytime average BP of AMBP.
