摘  要:为了制备双核镍酶尿素酶的活性部位模拟化合物,首先用水杨酸甲酯和水合肼为原料合成水杨酰肼,再通过氯乙酸与氯化亚砜反应合成氯乙酰氯,然后用水杨酰肼与氯乙酰氯反应得到了多齿配体化合物N-氯乙酰水杨酰肼(H3cashz).H3Cashz与Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O反应,得到了镍(Ⅱ)配合物[Ni3(C9H6N2O3Cl)2(C3H7NO)2(C5H5N)2].结果表明:在镍(Ⅱ)配合物的晶体结构中,线性排列的三个Ni2+离子由两个去质子化配体cashz3-连接,形成了一个六配位八面体中心镍离子联接两个四配位平面体镍离子的中性核.在碱性pH条件下,模型化合物能够催化(2-羟丙基)-(对硝基苯基)磷酸酯(HPNPP)发生水解.In this paper,salicyloylhydrazine was synthesized by using methyl salicylate and hydrazine hydrate,and chloroacetyl chloride was synthesized by chloroacetic acid and thionyl chloride,and N-chloroacetyl-salicylhydrazide(H3cashz)was synthesized by reacting chloroacetyl chloride with salicylhydrazide.The multidentate ligand H3cachz was then reacted with Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O to prepare model complex[Ni3(C9H6N2O3Cl)2(C3H7NO)2(C5H5N)2]to mimic the active site of the dinuclear nickel enzyme urease.The results indicated that three Ni2+ions in linear arrangement in the crystal structure were bridged by two deprotonated ligands cashz3-to form a neutral nuclear with two four-coordinate square-planar nickel ions linked by a six-coordinate octahedral central nickel ion.The model complex can catalyze hydrolysis of 2-hydroxypropyl p-nitrophenyl phosphate(HPNPP)at alkaline condition.
