摘  要:利用硅胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法从思茅山橙(Melodinus henryi)中分离纯化得到6个生物碱类化合物.通过UV、IR、NMR、MS等波谱学数据和理化性质鉴定结构分别是:19R-acetoxytabersonine(1)、11-methoxy-19-hydroxytabersonine(2)、16β-hydroxy-19R-vindolinine(3)、19R-kitramine(4)、trichophylline(5)、voaharine(6).化合物6的结构进一步被X-射线晶体衍射分析确证.以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.利用MTT法检测了化合物1~6对5种人类肿瘤细胞系的细胞毒活性,结果显示化合物1和2对5种人类肿瘤细胞系具有较好的细胞毒活性.Six monoterpenoid indole alkaloids were isolated from Melodinus henryi by using gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.The structures were elucidated to be 19R-acetoxytabersonine(1),11-methoxy-19-hydroxytabersonine(2),16β-hydroxy-19R-vindolinine(3),19R-kitramine(4),trichophylline(5),and voaharine(6)on the basis of spectroscopic analysis(UV,IR,NMR,MS)and comparison with data reported in the literatures.Compound 6 was further confirmed by the single crystal X-ray diffraction.All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.All compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines.The results showed that compounds 1 and 2 displayed certain cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines.
