摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节镜下活瓣切除联合囊壁部分切除治疗腘窝囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月武汉市第一医院收治的腘窝囊肿患者22例,采用膝关节镜下双后内侧入路切除交通活瓣以及囊肿部分囊壁,观察临床疗效。结果手术时间15~60 min,平均(35.23±12.49)min,22例患者随访3~6个月,平均(4.18±1.10)个月,全部患者末次随访均无明显并发症及囊肿再次复发。结论关节镜下双后内侧入路切除交通活瓣以及部分囊壁,术后外形美观,创伤小,恢复快,手术安全,无明显并发症以及囊肿复发,是镜下治疗腘窝囊肿值得推荐的手术方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valvular resection and partial cystectomy of popliteal cysts under arthroscope.Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with popliteal cysts admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed.The traffic valves and partial cysts of them were removed through double posterior internal approach under the knee arthroscopy.The clinical efficacy was observed.Results The time length of operation was 15-60 min,average(35.23±12.49)min.Totally,22 patients were followed up for 3-6 months,with an average of(4.18±1.10)months.All the patients had no obvious complications and recurrence of cysts in the last follow-up.Conclusion To resect the traffic valve and partial cyst by double posterior internal approach under the arthroscope is a recommended surgical method for treating popliteal cyst.It is characterized by beautiful postoperative appearance,short operation time,less trauma,fast recovery and safe operation,and no obvious complications and recurrence of the cyst.
