摘  要:多肽药物具有靶点明确、成药性好等优点,现今已成为新药研究的热点之一。多肽药物具有给药剂量低、结构与内源性多肽高度相似等特点,因此多肽药物在生物样品分析中面临着诸多挑战,尤其在灵敏度和选择性等方面。本文收集整理了近年来已上市或在研多肽药物的生物样品分析方法,为后续研究者在选择其分析方法时提供参考。Peptide drugs have the advantages of clear target and good drugability,which have become one of the hotspots in new drug research.Peptide drugs are characteristic of low effective dose and high similarity in structures to endogenous polypeptide.Therefore,peptide drugs are facing many challenges in the analysis of its biological samples,especially in terms of sensitivity and selectivity.This review collects and analyzes the analysis methods for the determination of biological samples that have been marketed or researched in recent years,and provides a reference for subsequent researchers to select appropriate bioanalytical method for peptide drugs.
