摘  要:某区域电网各套安稳系统包含A、B2个平面,某个平面的通道故障将伴随整个平面安稳系统退出运行,因此安稳业务通道的可靠运行十分重要。而目前,该区域电力通信网存在保护安稳业务重载、设备运行年限长、跨级组织通道较多等问题,影响安稳业务稳定运行。文章从安稳装置A/B口、2 M切换装置使用、子网连接保护(Subnetwork Connection Prtection,SNCP)、跨级业务监视等方面提出提高安稳业务可靠性的方法。特别是对跨传输系统子网保护倒换的可靠性进行了全面试验,对于提高安稳业务通道可靠性具有推广价值。Each security and stability control system of a region power grid is double collocation,which named A planes and B planes.The A plane will break off operation when one of its communication channels fails,the B plane is similar.So the high reliability of the communication channel is needed.But the problems of this region electric power communication network includes the relay protection and stability control service overloading,longer useful life of existing equipment,existing large numbers of cross-level security control channels,etc.In order to improve the reliability of stability control service channels,this paper proposed some useful methods such as configuring A and B ports for safety and self-control device,installing 1+1 switching device,configuring SNCP protection for the channel and monitoring the cross-level channels.Especially,the test of SNCP protection switching of cross-level channel has been carried out,and the result shows it is accurate,reliable and flexible.The proposed methods have promotional value to improve the reliability of the stability control service channel.
