摘 要:研究了橡胶颗粒掺量(等质量取代细骨料)对橡胶混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、密度、吸水率和耐磨性的影响,同时还使用XRD、SEM和光学显微镜对微观结构进行分析。结果表明:随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,混凝土的和易性降低;橡胶颗粒掺量为4%时,混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度略有下降,吸水性和耐磨性受到轻微影响。可以用橡胶颗粒取代4%细骨料制备用于非结构性混凝土构件。In this paper,the effects of different proportions of rubber chips(replacing the fine aggregate of the same mass) on concrete compressive strength,flexural strength,density,water absorption and wear resistance were studied. The microstructures were also analyzed by XRD,SEM and optical microscopy. The results show that the workability of concrete decreases with the increase of rubber crumb content. When rubber crumb is 4%,the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete slightly decrease.At the same rubber crumb replacement rate,the water absorption and wear resistance of the concrete are slightly affected. It is possible to use rubber crumb instead of 4% fine aggregate for making the non-structural concrete member.
