摘  要:以马来酸酐、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸为主要原料,通过两步反应合成3种不同磷酸酯浓度的磷酸酯型聚羧酸减水剂,并通过水泥净浆、水泥胶砂和混凝土性能试验,与市售普通聚羧酸减水剂进行对比。结果表明,磷酸酯型聚羧酸减水剂相比于普通聚羧酸减水剂具有良好的分散性、抗黏土吸附性能,同时在对硫酸根离子的竞争吸附中表现出一定的优势,在黏土环境下具有良好的适应性。In this paper,maleic anhydride,2-hydroxyphosphonoaceticacid,prenyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and acrylic acid were used as main raw materials to synthesize three kinds of phosphate ester concentration polycarboxylate superplasticizer through two-step reaction. The performance of commercially available ordinary polycarboxylate water reducers was compared mainly through cement paste test,cement mortar water reduction rate test and concrete work performance test. The test results show that the phosphonate type polycarboxylate water reducer has better dispersibility and clay adsorption resistance than the ordinary polycarboxylate water reducer,and has certain advantages in competitive adsorption of sulfate ions,and has good adaptability in clay environment.
