摘 要:将特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)与木质素纤维进行复配,通过马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂强度比、动稳定度、低温弯曲应变、梯形悬臂梁疲劳试验和浸水APA试验评价特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)与木质素纤维复合改性热再生混合料的路用性能和耐久性。结果表明,掺加TLA与木质素纤维可实现二者对热再生混合料高温性能改善效果的非线性叠加作用;掺加6%木质素纤维与10%~30%TLA复合改性剂时,热再生混合料的浸水马歇尔残留稳定度与冻融劈裂强度比均大于90%;TLA与木质素纤维复合改性热再生混合料的劲度模量和悬臂梁疲劳寿命满足高模量沥青混合料技术要求,增大TLA掺量能显著改善高温、浸水使用环境下热再生混合料的耐久性。Based on Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio,dynamic stability,low temperature bending failure strain,trapezoidal cantilever fatigue test and water immersion APA test evaluate the performance and durability of TLA and lignin fiber composite modified thermal regenerative mixture. The results show that the addition of TLA and lignin fiber can achieve a nonlinear superposition effect on the high-temperature performance improvement of the hot-recycled mixture. The immersion Marshall residual stability and the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of the hot-recycled mixture of 6% lignin fiber and 10%~30%TLA composite modifier are both greater than 90%. The stiffness modulus of the TLA and lignin fiber composite modified hot recycled mixture and the fatigue life of the cantilever beam satisfy the technical standard of high modulus asphalt mixture.Increasing the amount of TLA can significantly improve the durability of the hot reclaimed mixture under high temperature and water immersion environments.
