摘 要:制备了塑料瓶填充砌块并测试其力学性能与热工性能。结果表明:瓶中所采用填充材料对砌块强度稍有影响;虽然这些塑料瓶的总强度较低,但计算表明,塑料瓶填充砌块仍然可以用作隔墙的结构单元或屋顶板的承重墙。与传统的砌块结构相比,空气填充瓶具有良好的隔热性,因此可以作为隔热材料。The mechanical properties and thermal property of blocks filled with plastic bottles were prepared and tested. The results show that the filler material used in the bottle has a slight effect on the strength of the block. Although the total strength of these plastic bottles is low,calculations have shown that the aerated bottle blocks can still be used as structural units for parti-tion walls or load-bearing walls for roof slabs. Compared with the traditional block structure,the air-filled bottle has better heat insulation and can be used as a heat insulating material.
