摘 要:利用膨胀珍珠岩的高吸附性及高比表面积的特性,以粉煤灰为主要原料,通过添加不同含量的膨胀珍珠岩/SiO2气凝胶复合填料制备了新型泡沫保温材料,研究了保温材料的热性能、力学性能和微观结构。结果表明:复合填料用量越多,试件的保温性能越好,抗压强度越低,体积密度越小。复合填料用量为18%时,保温材料的导热系数降低至0.051 W/(m·K),抗压强度为0.883MPa,体积密度为329.16 kg/m^3。A new type of foam insulation material was prepared by using the characteristics of high adsorption and large specific surface area of expanded perlite,using fly ash as raw material,and adding different contents of expanded perlite/SiO2 aerogel composite filler. The thermal properties,mechanical properties and microstructure of the insulation material were studied. The results show that the more the amount of composite filler,the better the thermal properties of the sample,the smaller the compressive strength,and the lower the bulk density. When the amount of composite filler is 18%,the thermal conductivity of the test piece was reduced to 0.051 W/(m·K),the compressive strength was 0.883 MPa,and the bulk density was 329.16 kg/m^3.
