摘　　要：通过对调查资料的分析研究,阐述了长春市农村饮水困难与饮水安全的现状及产生的原因。提出了解决长春市农村饮水困难与饮水安全问题切实可行的资金筹措、供水工程规划、水源管理与保护对策。做好水源工程保护工作,划定水源保护区,制定水源保护原则和措施。防止工业和生活污染。在水源工程一定范围内禁止建有污染的工业和生活设施。工程建成后,对水源水质和卫生状况进行适时监测,发现问题并采取有效防治措施,保障水源供水安全。Based on the analysis of the investigation data,the authors analysis the present condition and caused reason of drinking water difficulty and drinking water safety in rural area of Changchun. And put forward the feasible measures to solve the problem,such as raising money,programming of water supply works,management and protection of water source. To promote source water project protection work,we need to delineate source water protection areas,and establish source water protection principles and measures. It is essential to prevent industrial and domestic pollution,which can be achieved by rules banning building polluted industrial and living facilities within a certain range of water source projects. After the project is completed,the water quality and sanitation status of the water source should be monitored timely,so that problems can be spotted and effective prevention measures will be taken to ensure the safety of the water supply.
