网格化管理对社区疫情防控的作用及对基层社区卫生服务体系建设的启示

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情战中,社区成为阻击疫情的前沿阵地。通过发挥联系到户、责任到人,不留死角、全面落实的网格化管理优势,疫情“早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗”得到了保障,网格化管理在这次抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情战中发挥了重要作用;同时成就了社区卫生服务体系抗疫的及时精准服务。提示我们将社区卫生服务体系嵌入到社区网格中运行,可增强社区卫生服务的科学性、整体性、精准性、可行性和时效性。In the battle against COVID-19,the community has become a frontline to combat the epidemic.By leveraging the advantages of grid management,including household connection,clear responsibility,leaving no dead ends and all-round implementation,"early detection,early reporting,early quarantine,and early treatment"for the epidemic has been guaranteed.Grid management has played an important role in the battle against COVID-19,and meanwhile enabled the timely and accurate service of epidemic prevention and control in the community health service system.It indicates that the scientificity,integrity,accuracy,feasibility and timeliness of community health services may be enhanced by embedding the community health service system into the community grid.
