种植规模、市场规制与稻农生物农药施用行为

摘　　要：生物农药对农药减量替代和食品质量安全至关重要。本文利用湖北省710份稻农微观调查数据进行实证检验,探讨激励性市场规制与约束性市场规制对不同种植规模农户生物农药施用行为的影响差异。研究发现,第一,不同种植规模下稻农的生物农药施用行为存在差异,规模户的生物农药施用比例为65.88%,而小农户的生物农药施用比例为46.67%;第二,种植规模对稻农生物农药施用行为具有显著的正向影响,激励性市场规制对稻农生物农药施用行为有促进作用;第三,激励性市场规制与约束性市场规制对不同规模农户生物农药施用行为的影响存在差异,激励性市场规制能够明显促进规模户施用生物农药,而约束性市场规制对小农户生物农药施用行为有显著影响。Biological pesticides are essential for pesticide replacement and food quality and safety. This study used 710 micro-investigation data of rice farmers in Hubei Province to conduct empirical tests and explore the differences in the impact of incentive market regulation and binding market regulation on biological pesticides’ application behavior of small-scale farmers and large-scale farmers. The results show that, first of all, rice farmers with different planting scales have different application behaviors. The proportion of biological pesticides applied by large-scale farmers is 65.88%, while that of small-scale farmers is 46.67%. Secondly, the scale of planting is found to be positively associated with farmers’ application behavior, and the incentive market regulation exerts a positive and significant impact. Thirdly, incentive market regulation and binding market regulation have different effects on the biological pesticide application behavior of farmers of different scales. For large-scale farmers, incentive market regulation has a stronger role in promoting farmers’ biological pesticide application behavior, while for small-scale farmers, binding market regulation is more effective.
