摘 要:随着各类新能源发电技术不断成熟,新能源装机比例大幅提升,电源结构持续优化。光热作为一种可再生资源,具有灵活的调节能力,与其他电源具有良好的互补发电效益,但其高昂的成本成为影响其发展的主要因素。首先基于光热电站面向规划的外部特性,提出了光热电站个体优化配置方法,实现其个体经济性最优。在此基础上进一步分析了光热电站与其他类型电源的互补特性,建立了综合考虑区内新能源发电量占比及联络线外送需求的互补发电系统的容量优化配置模型,实现互补系统效益最大。最后,以实际系统的改进算例验证了所提方法的合理性与可行性。As various types of renewable energy power generation technologies continue to mature,the proportion of renewable energy installed capacity increases significantly,and power supply structure is continuously optimized.As a kind of renewable resource,concentrating solar power(CSP)has flexible power regulation ability and good complementary power generation benefits with other power sources,but its high cost become the main factor restricting its development.Firstly,based on the external characteristics of CSP for power planning,the paper proposes an individual optimal configuration method for CSP to achieve its optimal individual economy.On this basis,the complementary characteristics of CSP and other types of power sources are further analyzed,and,comprehensively considering the proportion of renewable energy generation in area and tie-line delivery demand,a capacity optimization configuration model of hybrid power system is established to maximize the complementary benefits of system.Finally,rationality and feasibility of the proposed method are verified based on an improved example.
