摘 要:提出了一种在大型智能园区中基于离散傅里叶变换的中央空调负荷直接控制策略。该策略通过对中央空调系统的调控,园区能够在尽可能吸纳分布式光伏与风力发电的同时,降低实际负荷与交易结果的偏差,并结合PJM电力市场,评估园区所属企业在电力市场环境中所获得的经济效益。仿真结果表明,该策略能够以较低的动作次数和温度变化度便能实现在吸纳可再生能源的同时实现实时负荷对购电计划曲线的跟踪,不仅提高了分布式可再生能源发电的吸纳程度,同时也改善了配电网功率平衡问题。This paper proposes a direct control strategy for central air-conditioning load based on discrete Fourier transform in large intelligent parks.Through the regulation of the central air-conditioning system,the strategy can reduce the deviation between actual load and transaction results and meanwhile enables the park to absorb distributed PV and wind power as much as possible.And this paper evaluates the economic benefits of the enterprises affiliated to the intelligent park in the power market environment according to the reality of the PJM power market.The simulation results show that the strategy can realize the real-time load tracking of the power purchase plan curve while absorbing the renewable energy with lower action times and temperature changes,which not only improves the absorption degree of distributed renewable energy generation,but also improved the power balance of the distribution network.
