摘 要:随着通信技术和广域监测系统(wide area measurement system,WAMS)的发展,主动配电网通过微型同步相量测量装置(micro-phasor measurement unit,μPMU)获得全网信息量进行状态感知和故障定位的前景越来越广阔。提出一种基于有限μPMU的主动配电网故障定位方法。首先对μPMU优化配置,保证其全网可观,可以综合利用全局的相量信息。将系统划分为3类故障监测域,通过搜索判据确定可疑故障元件集。此外,还提出不平衡电流故障定位算法,分别对可疑故障元件集内各节点的不平衡电流进行计算,从而确定故障位置。最后利用PSCAD/EMTDC搭建了修正的IEEE33节点配电网模型,对所提出方法利用MATLAB进行仿真验证,结果表明该方法对包括短路和断线等各种故障类型均具有良好的适应性,不受故障位置和故障类型的影响,抗过渡电阻能力较强,可以准确定位故障区段。With the development of communication technology and wide area measurement system,active distribution network has a more and more broad prospect to obtain the whole network information through μPMU for state perception and fault location.In this paper,a fault location method of active distribution network based on finiteμPMU is proposed.Firstly,the paper optimizes the configuration ofμPMU to ensure that the whole network can be observed and the global phasor information can be comprehensively utilized.The system is divided into three fault monitoring areas and the suspect fault element set is determined by the searching criteria.Then an unbalanced current fault location algorithm is used to calculate the unbalanced current of each node in the suspect fault element set so as to determine the fault location.Finally PSCAD/EMTDC is used to build the improved IEEE 33-node distribution network model to verify the proposed method with MATLAB simulation.The results show that this method has good adaptability to various fault types including short circuit and disconnection faults.It is not affected by the fault locations and the fault types,and has strong defense to the transition resistance and accurate location of the fault segments.
