摘 要:为提高气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(gas insulated metal enclosed transmission line,GIL)在运行中的可靠性,对特高压GIL哑铃型三支柱结构参数进行了智能优化。建立三维有限元仿真计算模型,全面分析了哑铃型三支柱绝缘子结构,提取了优化决策变量。针对多段圆弧拼接的复杂支腿轮廓,应用非均匀有理B样条曲线对轮廓进行重构,通过样条曲线的拟合点(型值点)控制轮廓形状,降低了参数数量,解决了多段圆弧连接的复杂轮廓参数化建模难度高的问题。在此基础上,采用多种群遗传算法(multiplepopulation geneticalgorithm,MPGA)对哑铃型三支柱绝缘子进行了优化。优化得到胖头哑铃型三支柱绝缘子的哑铃结构起始位置被抬高,哑铃头部变大,金属嵌件表面最大场强值为9.1 kV/mm,较原始结构下降了约14.2%。该方法解决了支腿复杂轮廓参数化难度大的瓶颈,并有效改善了三支柱绝缘子整体电场分布。复杂轮廓的重构和优化方法能够有效改进哑铃型三支柱绝缘子的结构,提高绝缘子性能,提升特高压GIL的安全性和可靠性。In order to improve stability and reliability of gas-insulated metal-enclosed transmission line(GIL),intelligent optimization for structure parameters of UHV dumbbell type tri-post insulator was carried out.A three-dimensional finite element simulation model was established,and the structure parameters of the tri-post insulator was analyzed comprehensively to gave optimization decision variables.Aiming at the complex contour of post zone spliced by multi-segment arc,non-uniform rational B-spline curve was used to remodeling the contour.The contour shape was controlled by the fitting points(data points)of spline.It reduced the number of parameters,and difficulty of parametric modeling was solved.On this basis,multiple population genetic algorithm(MPGA)algorithm was used to optimize dumbbell type tri-post insulator.After optimization,the starting position of dumbbell structure was raised and the head of dumbbell became larger.The maximum electric field strength on metal insert surface was 9.1kV/mm,about 14.2%lower than that of original structure.This method effectively improves electric field distribution of dumbbell type tri-post insulator,as well as reliability and safety of GIL.
