摘　　要：导线接头的成形工艺相对简单,但工序安排、模具结构合理性直接影响制件的外观质量和尺寸一致性。就制件生产中普遍存在的问题、缺陷及模具结构优化进行相应论述,通过对成形工艺及模具结构的优化,使制件满足标准装配及使用要求,并提高制件尺寸一致性及外观质量。The forming process of conductor joint is relatively simple,but the process arrangement and die structure rationality directly affect the appearance quality and dimension consistency of the parts.This paper discusses the common problems,defects and die structure optimization in the production of parts.Through process and die structure optimization,make the parts meet the requirements of standard assembly and use,improve dimensional consistency and appearance quality of parts.
