摘　　要：以盒形板为研究对象,对多角弯曲件的成形方案进行了深入探讨,提出了多角弯曲件一次弯曲成形的弯曲方案,并通过计算分析,设计出一副合理的弯曲模.解决了生产过程中生产效率低下、成形精度低、材料利用率低等问题.并通过反复试验,验证了该方案的可行性,为今后多角弯曲件的弯曲模设计提供了新的思路.In this paper,taking the box plate as the research object,the forming scheme of the multi-angle corner bending parts is deeply discussed,the bending scheme of one time bending forming of multi-angle bending parts is put forward.Through calculation and analysis,a set of reasonable bending die is designed.It solves the problems of low production efficiency,low forming accuracy and low material utilization in the production process.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by repeated tests.It provides a new idea for the design of the bending die of the multi-angle bending parts in the future.
