摘　　要：通过对托板弯曲成形的工艺分析,介绍了大尺寸、高强度、弯曲复杂的厚板料在弯曲成形中的特点.分析了制件热加工工艺在模具设计时,压弯凸模与压弯凹模的设计要点,可为类似制件的成形提供参考.Based on the analysis of the bending process of the support plate introduce to the characteristics of the thick plate material with large size,high strength and complicated bending processing.This material analyzes the design concepts of the bending-press punch and matrix,and provides reference for the similar parts forming.
