摘　　要：结合目前某公司铝板供货情况,分析了新车型自制零件用铝板材料的实际状况,创新性的提出了适应某公司新车型的,有针对性的改进方案和对策.方案的落实有效降低了铝板零件的原材料成本,减少仓储呆滞风险,减短材料运输环节,同时有利于对铝板料片质量的控制,为有效降低铝板自制零件的成本提供了可供借鉴的方案.Combined with the aluminum supply situation,the article analysed the actual condition of the aluminum materials used on homemade parts of new vehicles,and innovatively proposed appropriate measures and strategies.The measures can effectively reduce the cost of raw material and risk of stagnation,shorten transportation.It also can be useful for quality control,and give good methods to cost reduction of the homemade parts.
