摘  要:设计制作了5孔圆形Q235焊接锚垫板以及与锚具配套的混凝土试件,根据国家标准对试件进行锚固区传力性能试验,研究了试件表面混凝土的应变变化、裂缝宽度扩展、破坏荷载和锚垫板变形情况。结果表明:试件混凝土应变和裂缝宽度分别在第13次和第10次循环中达到稳定,破坏荷载为1813.96 kN,试件周围混凝土破坏后锚垫板仅发生1 mm塑性变形,达到国家标准《预应力用锚具、夹具和连接器》规定要求,能满足工程应用。A 5-hole circular Q235 welded bearing plate and a concrete specimen matched with the anchorage device were designed and manufactured. According to the national standard, the test of the force transmission performance of the anchorage zone was carried out, and the strain change, crack width expansion, failure load and anchor plate deformation of the bearing plate on the surface of the specimen surface are studied. The results show that the concrete strain and crack width of the specimen are stable in the 13 th and 10 th cycles respectively, and the failure load is 1813.96 KN. Though the concrete around the specimen is damaged, the anchor plate only has 1 mm plastic deformation which meets the requirements of the national standard anchorage, grip and coupler for pre-stressing tendons and can satisfy the engineering application.
