“新商科”背景下物流管理应用型人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：为培养适应“新商科”特征的物流管理专业应用型本科人才,针对新时代应用型商科人才定位与客观要求,深入分析传统物流管理人才培养中的问题,探索形成了产教融合、科教融合、科创融合,即“产教科创”四维融合的物流管理专业应用型人才培养模式。实践证明该培养模式效果良好,可供同类地方高校商科应用型人才培养借鉴。To cultivate the applied undergraduate talents of logistics management specialty that adapt to the characteristics of new business, the paper analyzes the problems in the training of traditional logistics management talents in the light of the positioning and the objective requirements of applied business talents in the new era and explores the model that trains applied logistics management talents featuring the four-dimensional integration of industry, education, science and innovation, i.e., industry-education integration, science-education integration and science-innovation integration. The model has been proved very effective and can be used for reference by similar local colleges and universities for training applied talents in business.
