山慈菇化学成分及其药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：山慈菇,又名毛慈菇、冰球子等,味甘、微辛,归肝、脾经,其植物来源分别为兰科植物杜鹃兰、独蒜兰、云南独蒜兰。现代医学证实,山慈菇是一味治疗癌症的高效药物,能治疗多种癌症,常作为治疗癌症的基础用药。除此之外还具有抗菌、降压及治疗痛风等作用,具有广阔的开发前景。该文将近年来国内外学者对其化学成分、药理作用现状研究进行归纳和论述,为山慈菇的进一步研究及临床应用提供参考。Cichorium edulis,also known as Cremastra appendicutat Makino,ice hockey ball,etc.Its plant sources are Cremastra appendiculata(D.Don)Makino,Pleione bulbocodioides(Franch.)Rolfe,Pleione yunnanensis Rolfe.Modern medicine has proved that lobster mushroom is a rare and effective drug for cancer treatment.It can treat many kinds of cancer and is often used as a basic drug for cancer treatment.In addition,it also has the functions of antimicrobial,antihypertensive and gout treatment,and has broad prospects for development.This article will summarize and discuss the current research on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones in recent years,and provide reference for further research and clinical application of Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones.
