养血温通汤治疗寒痹体会

摘　　要：寒痹是一种以肌肉、关节肿胀疼痛为主要临床表现的病症,该病发作时疼痛剧烈难忍,严重影响患者的生活。现代医学将该病归于"风湿寒性关节痛"范畴。目前该病的病因及发病机制尚不清晰,暂无有效方法根治。寇秋爱教授参阅古今文献,仔细体会其中关于寒痹病因病机、治则治法的记载并将其与临床实践相结合,认为该病证属"营血亏虚,寒湿痹阻",以养血温通为法自拟养血温通汤治疗,疗效显著。Cold arthralgia is a disease characterized by muscle and joint pain.The pain is very severe during the attack and seriously affects the life of patients.Modern medicine classifies the disease as"rheumatic cold arthralgia".At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are not clear and so there is no effective method to cure the disease.Professor KOU Qiuai refers to the ancient and modern literature and carefully understands the records of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment principlesof cold arthralgia,and then combines them with clinical practice.As a result,Professor KOU Qiuai identifies the disease as"deficiency of nutrient Qi and blood and cold-dampness obstruction"and uses Yangxue Wentong Decoction.It has significant clinical effect.
