低温等离子扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎患儿临床观察

摘　　要：目的慢性扁桃体炎是一种临床多发病,多采用外科手术切除。本研究探讨低温等离子扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎患儿疗效及安全性。方法选取2016-08-01-2018-04-01本院收治的103例慢性扁桃体炎患儿为研究对象,依据治疗方案分组,对照组51例采取扁桃体剥离术治疗,观察组52例采取低温等离子扁桃体切除术治疗,比较两组围术期情况、手术前后疼痛程度评分及并发症。结果观察组手术用时为(22.36±5.29)min,低于对照组的(45.69±7.01)min,t=11.263,P<0.001;术后进食用时为(2.26±0.53)d,低于对照组的(3.58±0.65)d,t=7.631,P<0.001。观察组术中失血量为(11.37±2.09)mL,少于对照组的(34.85±6.42)mL,t=12.906,P<0.001;术后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)为(2.03±0.52)分,低于对照组的(3.34±0.79)分,t=11.207,P<0.001。观察组并发症总发生率为1.92%,低于对照组的15.69%,χ^2=4.509,P=0.028。结论采取低温等离子扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎患儿,能有效缩短手术用时、术后进食用时,减少失血量,减轻疼痛,且安全性较佳。OBJECTIVE Chronic tonsillitis is a clinically frequently-occurring disease,most of which are surgically removed.This study explores the efficacy and safety of low temperature plasma tonsillectomy in treating children with chronic tonsillitis.METHODS A total of 103 children with chronic tonsillitis admitted in our hospital from August 01,2016 to April 01,2018 were selected as the research object.The control group was treated with tonsillectomy in 51 cases,52 cases in the observation group were treated with low temperature plasma tonsillectomy,and the perioperative conditions,pain scores before and after the operation and complications were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The operation time in the observation group was(22.36±5.29)minutes,which was lower than that of the control group(45.69±7.01)minutes,t=11.263,P<0.001.The postoperative consumption was(2.26±0.53)days,which was lower than that of the control group(3.58±0.65)days,t=7.631,P<0.001.The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was(11.37±2.09)ml,which was less than that of the control group(34.85±6.42)ml,t=12.906,P<0.001.The visual analogue scale(VAS)after surgery was(2.03±0.52)points,which was lower than that of the control group(3.34±0.79)points,t=11.207,P<0.001.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.92%,which was lower than that of the control group 15.69%,χ^2=4.509,P=0.028.CONCLUSION The use of low temperature plasma tonsillectomy in the treatment of children with chronic tonsillitis can effectively shorten the operation time,when eating after surgery,reduce blood loss,reduce pain,and have better safety.
