摘  要:通过将聚合物基复合材料中的无机颗粒及其表面包裹的聚合物膜假想为复合颗粒,计算出填料在聚合物基体中的堆积密度,并确定参数的设置方法。研究了微米级SiO2在聚氨酯型环氧树脂基聚合物砂浆中的级配组合方式对体系堆积密度、力学性能及线性热膨胀系数等的影响。研究结果表明:对于三级配组合的填料,分别固定两种尺寸的颗粒粒径,改变另一种颗粒的粒径,不同的粒径改变方式呈现出两种堆积密度的变化趋势;三条堆积密度曲线近似相交点处的堆积密度在0.575左右,同时在该堆积密度下,体系的综合性能较优。By supposing the inorganic particles in the polymer-based composite material and the polymer film wrapped on the surface as compounded particles,the bulk density of the filler in polymer matrix was calculated,and the parameter setting method was determined.The influences of the gradation combination mode of micron-grade SiO2 in polyurethane-epoxy resin based polymer mortar on the bulk density,mechanical properties and linear thermal expansion coefficient of the system were studied.The research results showed that for the threegradation combination filler,by fixing the particle size of two kinds of filler and changing the particle size of the other one,different particle size change mode showed the change trend of two kinds of bulk density.The bulk density at the approximate intersection point of three bulk density curves was about 0.575,while under this bulk density,the comprehensive properties of the system were excellent.
