摘　　要：从罩式炉换热方式、燃烧控制、底部裙封和吊钩设计等方面介绍了罩式炉的优化设计特点,对工程改造前后的设备运行情况进行对比分析。根据罩式炉投产后使用情况表明,加热罩的整体设计合理,运行情况较为理想,各项指标均达到要求。The optimization design features of the bell type furnace are introduced from the aspects of heat exchange mode,combustion control,bottom skirt seal details,hook design,etc,This paper makes a comparative analysis of the equipment operation before and after the project reconstruction.According to the use of the heating hood after it is put into production,the overall design of the heating hood is reasonable,the operation is ideal,and all the indexes meet the requirements.
