摘 要:以热风炉废烟气为对象,通过热力分析,确立了热风炉烟气余热的梯级利用方案:先进行高炉鼓风调湿,再进行焦炭预热干燥。对以上两个过程进行理论计算,结果表明,梯级利用方案可以使烟气余热得到充分利用,将高炉鼓风含湿量降低至9g/kg,焦炭含水量降低至8%。此外,结合钢铁厂实际气候条件,在不同月份进行不同的工艺布置,以保证两个过程顺利进行。最后,对烟气余热利用过程进行经济效益和环境效益分析,在获得经济效益的同时,每年可减少碳排放约3000t。Waste flue gas from hot blast stove is taken as the study object.Through the thermal analysis,a step utilization scheme of the waste heat of flue gas from hot blast stove was determined,in which the flue gas was firstly dehumidify the blast furnace air,then to dry and preheat coke.Then theoretical calculations were performed for the two processes.The results show that step utilization method can not only make full use of the waste heat of the flue gas,but also reduce the blast furnace moisture content to 9g/kg and the coke water content to 8%.In addition,according to the actual climatic conditions of the iron and steel enterprises,different process layouts are carried out for different months to ensure the smooth progress of the two processes.Finally,the economic and environmental benefits of the flue gas waste heat utilization process were analyzed.While achieving economic profits,carbon emissions can be reduced by more than 3000 tons per year.
