摘  要:中小学乡村教师群体中存在的消极情绪问题,已成为当下社会关注的焦点。我们采用田野调研与大数据分析论证相结合的研究方法,以社会学视角去分析研究山东省中小学乡村教师的消极情绪状态,深入探究影响其消极情绪的社会因素,即从宏观层面社会经济地位、中观层面社会关系、微观层面个体社会发展能力三个维度,利用SPSS20.0对数据进行整理分析,研究社会因素对乡村教师消极情绪的影响及关系。尝试构建乡村教师消极情绪社会影响因素模型,并利用AMOS-21.0软件验证模型中的假设修正模型。根据模型结果提出改进策略,为乡村教师的情绪体验研究提供全新的分析向度,从而促进山东省乡村教师队伍建设。The problem of negative emotions in rural teachers in primary and secondary schools has become the focus of attention of the society.This study uses the method of field research and big data analysis to explore a new analysis method concerning the negative emotional state of rural teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province from the perspective of sociology.The sociological factors that affect negative emotions are studied in three dimensions,namely:socioeconomic status at the macro-level,social relations at the meso-level,and capacity of individual social development at the micro-level.Using SPSS20.0 to collate and analyze the data,the impacts and relationships of the sociological factors on negative emotions are researched.A model of negative emotional sociological influencing factors for rural teachers is tried to be built,and then software AMOS-21.0 is used to verify the assumptions in the model and correct the model.Based on the results of the model,improvement strategies to provide a new analysis for rural teachers’emotional experience research are put forward,so as to promote the healthy and harmonious development of rural teachers in Shandong Province.
