办公系统中共享打印机的设置

摘　　要：打印机是现代办公系统中必不可少的设备之,一个办公室中如果有数台计算机,若给每台计算机都配置一台打印机,则是一种很大的浪费。实际上,完全可以由一台打印机来负责办公室中所有的打印任务。通过Windows系统设置可以实现办公系统中多台计算机共用一台打印机,实现网络打印,共享资源,提高办公效率。Printer is one of the essential equipment in modern office system. If there are several computers in an office,if each computer is equipped with a printer,it is a great waste. In fact,a printer can be responsible for all the printing tasks in the office. Through windows system setting,it can realize that multiple computers in the office system share a printer,realize network printing,share resources,and improve office efficiency.
