摘　　要：和他人合作完成的公文或者著作,一般是由两人或多人完成,然后还要有相关领导或者专家进行审阅,文档的最终版本确定后,可以为文档标记最终状态来标记文档的最终版本,该操作将文档设置为只读,并禁用相关的内容编辑命令。如果希望将文档的电子副本共享给其他人使用,有必要删除文档隐藏的个人信息。这时就要使用到Word的高级功能。In collaboration with others documents or works is usually performed by two or more people, then, there is the related leadership or expert review, documentation, after the confirmation of the final version for the document final status to mark the final version of the document, the operation will document set to read-only, and disable the relevant content editing commands.
